Our journey began in Tramore, Waterford, Ireland, almost five decades ago. Founded by Tom and Gertrude McCarthy who seasonally served the holidaymakers, day trippers and locals throughout each summer.

Two generations later the business has evolved into a all year round cafe where locals and tourists alike meet for catchups and chats over a coffee or bite to eat.
